Are you familiar with the term “endemic?”
In dictionary terms, it can be defined as follows.

It refers to the routine recurrence of a certain disease in a certain area at a certain incidence or in a certain season, or the permanent presence of infectiousness. It refers to a relatively gradual spread of a disease over a narrower area than an epidemic or pandemic, and one that does not exceed a predictable range. This is what is commonly referred to as an endemic disease.

We have heard the term “pandemic” a lot over the past few years and have become sensitive to it. As you know, a pandemic is an explosive outbreak of an infectious disease or other disease throughout the world, but an endemic is different from a pandemic in that it spreads spontaneously, slowly, but widely, and we have no choice but to live with it.
The reason why I bring up this term now is that emotions and thoughts are endemic in our daily lives.

Anger, sadness, despair, etc. can be explosive, but if anything, those emotions are too pervasive and we are forced to accept them as a whole. It’s like we all share them unconsciously.
It is endemic, so rather than eliminating them, they are already there and we have to get used to them, or even give up on them.
I want to remind you that the first step in the cleaning process is to become aware of the fact that we continue to give up in the swirl of emotions that spread out there in that way.

What do you want to do with the frustration, anxiety, and dissatisfaction that are all too common?
When you wish to find an original path for yourself, you must first let go of the unwanted memories that are present, the feelings and thoughts that are commonplace but not actually yours.
They are so pervasive that you may feel powerless to do anything about them. But remember that you have the power to let go.
It is the part of the Uhane that can cause the execution to happen, that is responsible for it.

Unless we clean it, we are just swallowed up by it as long as we are there. But we must remember that we can do it, and we must do it now.

The way to feel your true self is to first receive what emotions you are feeling right now. Just be honest.

And you can always let it go.
