It is often during smooth times that I forget to clean…
Even after practicing cleaning for a long time, this habit is hard to break.
So, whenever there is some kind of trouble,
or when I feel something stuck or anxious in my heart,
I’ve learned to genuinely think, ‘Thank you for reminding me to clean.’
When I choose to clean, things mysteriously begin to flow naturally.
I have come to believe that by letting go of the anxieties in my heart through cleaning,
I am naturally guided toward the best actions.
This belief has made me stronger.
In the practice of cleaning, we learn the importance of ‘cleaning the land.’
I have repeatedly cleaned the address where I live now and the one where my family home is.
In the past few years, there have been unexpected developments concerning the land.
One is that in the area where I currently live, I have met companions, and our community contribution activities have begun and continue.
Another is that I have reconnected with people from my past in the area of my family home,
creating a soothing community.
I am excited to see how both will develop in the future.
Perhaps these are blessings received through cleaning.
That being said, having expectations is off-limits (laughs).
I will also clean the feelings of wanting to have expectations about what further developments may occur,
and surrender myself to the divine arrangements,
always cherishing a life where I return to ‘zero.’
May everything—objects, events, plants, animals, land, myself, my family, and everyone—live their true identity.
To all SITH members who share the practice of cleaning,
and to everyone who is cleaning together at this very moment,
Thank you.
I love you.
Peace of I.
