(Prices of Products)
Prices of products sold in our store vary depending on the product. Please check the price of each product on the product page.
After selecting products on each product page, you will be asked to fill in the necessary information for ordering and delivery, such as delivery address and payment method. We will keep the products in stock when we confirm that your order is complete after you have entered your “Customer Information,” “Shipping Address,” and “Payment Method,” etc., not when you place the products in the cart. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email confirming your information and order details. Please make sure that you are able to receive our e-mail so that you can confirm your order.
We will not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by you due to our failure to contact you, so please be sure to enter information that will allow us to contact you (the person who placed the order).
(Reservation of products)
Please note that we cannot accept requests for layaways or reservations of products.
(Change of order details)
Please contact us if you wish to change the details of your order, such as payment method or delivery method. However, we will not be able to make changes to orders that have already been shipped at the time you contact us. We will not be responsible for any problems that may occur if you fail to follow the change procedure.
(Handling of customer information)

- Actions that infringe on the rights (including intellectual property rights such as copyrights and trademarks) of our company or third parties.
- Criminal acts such as fraud, threats, extortion, coercion, and violence, as well as acts that offend public order and morals, and other acts that violate laws and regulations
- Excessive demands beyond the services provided by the Company.
- Other acts that the Company deems inappropriate.
(Interruption of service)
Acts of force majeure (interruption, delay, suspension, or loss of data due to epidemics, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, enactment, revision, or abolition of laws and regulations, guidance and orders by administrative agencies, power outages, failure of communication lines, computers, network equipment, etc., system maintenance, etc., unauthorized access, failure or accident of outsourcing partners, warehouse distribution-related (including, but not limited to, failures or accidents of subcontractors, warehousing and logistics companies, and transportation companies, labor disputes, and equipment accidents, etc.), the Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred on customers in the event of partial or total suspension of the Service.
The name “SITH Ho’oponopono” is our trademark under IZI LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws, including registration with the Patent Office, and its use without our permission is prohibited. In addition, all trademarks displayed in our store that are not owned by us are the property of their respective owners.
The copyright holder of the contents of our website, e-mail newsletters distributed by our shop, and booklets published by our shop, including manuscripts, images, illustrations, videos, sounds, photos, designs, and data, is our company or the content provider, and are protected by copyright laws.
In the event that a customer suffers any damage (whether indirect or direct) as a result of using our shop or as a result of products or services provided by our shop, we shall not be liable for any compensation for damages.
Even if any provision or part of any provision of these Terms and Use is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under the Consumer Contract Act or other laws and regulations, the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.
