Morrnah often said to me during her lifetime,
“If you cannot clean, then refrain from watching the news.”

We are unaware of how much information we are being given from the daily domestic and international events that we casually see and hear, even if it’s about weather, disasters, or countries and cultures we have never visited or are interested in.

Have you ever cleaned with your judgments and convictions regarding ‘health’?
You might believe that eating certain foods will make you sick or lower your blood sugar. What you casually believe to be dangerous or good, and what you adhere to, are likely based on information you have casually accepted from family, friends, or the news.
This is not to say that all this information is incorrect or that you should stop listening to everything.

However, I just want you to pause for a moment and look inside yourself.
“Have we cleaned with this information?”

Before we try to practice or interpret the information we believe in and take for granted every day, cleaning is like rinsing vegetables and fruits with water to remove dirt and dust, dropping unnecessary information, that is, memories.

Nello Ceccon interview
【 What are you certain about regarding health? 】

I have been practicing Ho’oponopono for nearly 40 years, and it always begins with cleaning.
What is now appearing inside you is there for cleaning, and by actually practicing cleaning from the feeling that you have, and by taking action one by one, you will live the health that is suitable for you.

No matter how long you practice Ho’oponopono, do not measure how much your cleaning has progressed from the reality that occurs. Everything you experience, everything that happens to you, is just the memory that you can clean appearing.

Recently, I have been playing a musical instrument called the Shakuhachi, which is very difficult to play. However, for some reason, when I clean and talk to this Shakuhachi, I can play it well. Therefore, we naturally have the talent to receive the necessary information at the right time. It is the same with our bodies.

When things are not going well, when there is anxiety, it is an important notice that there is a memory that originally exists within you.
