What does it mean to “take care” of yourself?
What does it mean to take care of one’s body?

The most important thing when taking care of your body is to take care of your unihipili (subconscious mind). The first thing to care about before worrying about what you eat, your body shape, or your diet is the comfort of your unihipili.

Food also has a memory. For example, let’s say you go out to lunch and order a salad because you are concerned about the lack of vegetables.
But vegetables also have an identity. It has a memory of how it came to be, where it came from, and how it was grown.
Even if it is an organic vegetable, if the farmer who grows it has some kind of money dispute, we share that memory.
What kind of awareness it was raised with, and if the farmer has any fears about pesticides, both the vegetable and the grain will grow up incorporating that memory. So even if you only shop at organic stores, if someone doesn’t start cleaning, that memory will continue to be shared.

And most importantly, if you have judgments, criticisms, or strong feelings that you “have to” eat more vegetables, or that you “have to” eat organic, etc., these are also memories, and we recommend that you clean them first.
We can always clean any experience. Whenever you make a choice, what to eat, what exercise to do, you are cleaning yourself, the ingredients, the farmer, the store, by cleaning your motivation and knowledge beforehand.

And if you are going to treat your body well, you should focus on rest for you.
If you have even a little time to do what you love, you should breathe for unihipili, even if only for a moment. HA breathing is highly recommended.

Cleaning is not to be beautiful or healthy, but to remember the beauty and health of your original being.
It is not to get closer to the ideal that your memory is showing you.
