If your body were speaking to you not through words, but through your physical condition and appearance, what kind of voice would you hear?
The body is an expression of the subconscious, or Unihipili, and it contains every memory held within the subconscious.
These are not only the memories from your own life since birth, but also the memories of your parents, your ancestors, the distant past, and even the memories of all existence from the very moment the universe came into being.
The subconscious normally moves the body and, through Divine Intelligence, perfectly manages all of its functions while also holding and overseeing all memories.
That is why, whenever the body shows some kind of change, it is important first to receive that change as a message from the body and to listen carefully to it.
When the body shows symptoms such as illness, injury, or aging, isn’t our first impulse usually to try to “fix” it?
However, when we take a step back and look from the perspective of Ho’oponopono, we can also respond to the memories that are appearing through the body and allowing us to have that experience.
In truth, that is the most important thing.
The body receives everything—your joy, your self-denial, and all else without exception.
Everything you experience through the body goes beyond the frame of the body itself and becomes a doorway opened for you to live the talents of your true self.
We can relate to the body through Cleaning at any age.
Right now, I am experiencing severe osteoporosis.
At the same time, I am able to live each day as a fresh experience of who I am now.
This is because of Cleaning.
It would be my great joy to share with you the way of relating to the body through Ho’oponopono, which I myself practice every day.
Peace
Mahayana I. Dugast
