Do you have any “regrets”?

When you regret something, what measures do you take?

If it is something you have done to someone, you may apologize in person or by writing a letter, but what if you will never see that person again?

Or when you have feelings of regret regarding choices you did not make in the past, can you make the past regret go away by committing to something positive to make the present a better time?

In Ho’oponopono, memory, which includes all thoughts and feelings. Some of these are “regrets” and “guilt”.

Memories are planted deep in your mind until they are cleaned, and you live with them every day.

No matter how much you move to seek reconciliation, apologize directly to the other person, or try to live positively, it is like putting a lid on the “regret” or “guilt” while overwriting something on top of it.
You may be able to change your mind at the time, but the “regret” or “guilt” already inside you will start to replay again in some other form as time goes by.

So what can you do about it?

Regret can be cleaned.
No matter how long ago it happened, no matter how irrevocable it is, no matter how much we want to apologize to the other person but can no longer see them in person, no matter how many choices we could have made in the past that we will never be given the same choice again at this age, we can clean the regret itself.

By erasing the memories that are the real cause of our regrets, we can include ourselves, our partners, events, time, and everything else in the timeless cleaning process.
Then we regain our freedom.

From there we can, for the first time, make choices based on the guidance of the Divinity.

If you have experienced an irrepressible frustration with your children’s every move, or if you want to get a house, a car, a job, a trip, etc., but can’t seem to get it, perhaps it is because the memories of regret and guilt that you planted somewhere are now replaying.

The 12 Step process taught in the Ho’oponopono class are tools that allow you to take an event, no matter how long ago it happened, and implement it in the moment to bring it into the process of repentance and forgiveness, and release it into freedom.

It is a wonderful two days to work on the view of your life that you have given up somewhere, the real cause of your self-criticism, even if you want to be confident.

Peace
