Living with regret and self-blame, whether it’s for small things like saying or doing something, or significant events where we face criticism from organizations or society, can be truly challenging. During those times, we may feel hopeless and find it difficult to move forward. However, it’s important to remember that at any moment, by taking action, you can reclaim your true essence, encounter your own authenticity, and return to your path – the path that remains connected to the Divinity.

No matter if the regret occurred a few hours ago or many years ago, by consistently cleaning the thoughts that arise, we can release the memories that have generated self-blame and regret. While we continue to regret our actions, we tend to justify or deny them and punish ourselves repeatedly. These patterns of thoughts and emotions are like accumulating possessions and food in our home, making it difficult for us to live and depriving ourselves of freedom and comfort.

Regardless of the reaction, when emotions and thoughts arise, you must make a choice. It’s simply a matter of whether you clean or not. Just by expressing to the Divinity, “Thank you, I love you, I’m sorry, please forgive me,” you can release regret, even if it’s related to a wrongdoing, a crime, or regretting marriage or not having children. In this very moment, you can reclaim the Divinity within you. It is the only way for us to fully live in the present. Not being able to live in the present means that you cannot engage in what you were meant to do. To do so, it is necessary to rectify the errors within you.

Someone in the class expressed this perfectly. Imagine if you owned a supercar, and it broke down. Who would you go to for repairs or troubleshooting? Your neighbors? No, it would be the car’s manufacturer, the place where the car was created. We are the same. If we discover an error within ourselves, as humans, we should directly request problem-solving from the source of life itself – the Divinity, as it knows our blueprint.

No matter what choices you made, what mistakes you perceive, or what you regret in your life, remember to clean and move on. By cleaning, you can continue moving forward. As long as you are in the presence of the Divinity, you are okay. So, let’s clean.

No matter what failures you’ve experienced, as long as you continue to clean, the Divinity will always intervene, and you will rediscover your path.

Peace,
Jean Nakasato
