I have been practicing SITH Ho’oponopono for over 40 years. I must have attended over 700 classes by now. That works out to about 20 classes per year. Why does the same class never lose its wisdom for me, even when repeated? It’s because these classes aren’t about understanding something. Every time I attend, I learn fundamental ways to treat myself with care, enabling me to truly contribute to the life I have been given.

Knowing how to care for the Unihipili (inner child) is indispensable in life. No matter where I am in the world, no matter how much others may irritate me, no matter how angry I am when things don’t go as expected, even in the most tragic moments, maintaining my relationship with the Unihipili brings me back to my original perfect state. This is not just happening to me; it’s being returned to the world, to society. It’s a joy to remember that we have this ability, to start and end each day freed from our memories.

Peace,
