There are seasons in the state of the heart. Just as nature undergoes changes in form and growth rhythms with each season, our consciousness also experiences shifts.
Through cleaning, you can clearly see and choose what you should do within that season.
Long ago, Morrnah said this:
The purpose of winter is
“To give our Mother Earth rest.”
If you find yourself in a barren situation, unable to move forward due to loneliness, sadness, anger, or similar emotions, that would be akin to winter. For us as well, winter calls for giving ourselves some rest.
It means treating ourselves with care and allowing for recovery. The method becomes evident in every moment through cleaning. Instead of cleaning only when problems arise, clean regularly, even when everything seems fine.
Another trap we conscious beings often fall into is desiring to reach the fruits of a season not yet here, to quickly obtain the rewards from a season yet to come.
Wishing to be in a certain season all the time and blindly rushing towards it signifies being a prisoner of the mind.
Determining which season you are in is not your job.
Our job is to live through ourselves, relying on everything the season shows us, every opportunity it presents, and all the blessings it offers.
To live in the present, to grasp the sense of time, means being in the eternal zero, in this very moment only.
By doing so, amidst the flow of seasons, we can return to the rhythm of life once again.
