Are you about to throw an uncontrollable anger at someone or something?

Observe the natural state of your hands when you look at them suddenly.

Be honest about what your hands are expressing and try to clean with it.

When you were young and small,

What kind of hands were around you?

How were your parents’ hands extended to you?

Were they round, warm, and open?
