Where is the place where you can be calm?

At what times can you be calm?

To achieve calmness,

“If only it were like this,”

“I need this kind of situation or place,”

If your attachment, judgment, or assumptions come to the forefront here,

let’s clean with them now.

Calmness arises in a place

completely unrelated to locations or people,

where comparison, conflict, winning, or losing are entirely irrelevant.

In other words,

when you choose to clean,

when you choose again in your life

zero,

purity,

love,

when your inner family is united,

calmness will always be with you.

If there is a cause for your inability to remain calm,

remember that it is precisely that person, that situation, that sound, or that smell

that offers you the chance to return to your true self.

There is nothing in this world

that can make it impossible for you to be yourself.

Even if it is a cruel and painful event,

you have been loved, shining, and the very source of the workings of this universe

since long before you were born.

This can never be diminished by anyone.

Therefore, all that remains is to choose.
