When life is going well, we feel cheerful, positive, and kind-hearted. Conversely, when life doesn’t go as planned, we become depressed, prone to anger, and may even envy others.

Have we inadvertently become prisoners of this very phenomenon? We think, “I feel this way because things aren’t going well right now. If things were different, I’m sure I’d feel happy.”

In an interview, Ho’oponopono instructor Irene shares her experience with depression and how it led her to discover a new opportunity for cleaning, ultimately encountering something invaluable in her life.
