As we experience various emotions, we are able to clean with the memories that we have accumulated over the years.
It’s not bad to have these emotions.

Dr. Hew Len says that we can clean at any time.

Any time?
From the moment we wake up until just before we sleep, including feelings of taste and sleepiness?
You might have wondered if doing this could erase our emotions.

Dr. Hew Len says:
We are the ones who often forget to clean.
That’s why, when we remember, we smoothly return to cleaning.
By continuing this practice, our subconscious learns this method and will continue to clean for us while we experience pleasure or pain.
