There is something I say to myself as if it were a spell when I experience a major change that I cannot handle.
“We don’t know anything”
Why are these words helpful when I am at my wits’ end, because they bring me out of the vortex of memory to the threshold of cleaning.
When we experience a problem, we search for the cause, the reason, and rush toward the answer we have arrived at: “This is the right thing to do” or “I will be happy if I do this”. However, all of these are memories. The reason, the cause, the method, and the destination of the rush are all memory replaying.
So I remind myself.
“We don’t know anything”
If we can remember, even for a moment, that there are things that cannot be captured by our consciousness, our thoughts, then the role of that space is reclaimed by the Divinity. That is the only thing we have to do.
Even if we look at each experience as a midlife crisis, the actual changes that are happening in our bodies and the real causes of these changes are not fully understood by our consciousness.
The decision to go to a doctor or take medicine is also a memory. When I find myself trying to come up with a correct answer, I can ask myself if I have cleaned the experience.
When you are on a blueprint, even if you don’t realize it, you are that age, that body, that state of being, and that is the purpose of your life at that moment. Simply living it may dissolve even the clinging of previously undigested memories.
We are in a time of evolution at every moment. Aging, regression, and loss are thought judgments.
Every moment since we were born we have been given the chance to evolve from that state. There is an evolutionary chance for you to be that age, that body, that state right now.
When you experience discomfort or change in your body or mind, it is a realization that the perfect time has come for you to return to your blueprint, the map of your true self.
Peace
