One of the most precious things you have in your possession is the existence of “now.” “I” can only live in this “now.”
Whether it’s brushing your teeth, buying a ticket, attending your child’s graduation ceremony, each of these daily events happens “now”, and each of them leads me to what’s next. I clean the “now.” That’s all there is to it. No matter how long ago you might have had a regret, aren’t you experiencing it “now”? Even the past exists in the “now.” We are always in the “now.”
I often find myself trapped in the past too. But when I realize this, I remember that the tool called Ho’oponopono is always with me, and by cleaning, I can return to the “now.” The only place where my life, talents, and opportunities exist is in the “now.”
Peace,
