Freedom… Peace of mind… Humanity has longed for and pursued freedom and peace since time immemorial. Yet, people continue to struggle to attain them, frustrated by their inability to achieve them.

The history of mankind since its inception has been one of chronic discord, infighting, conflict, and warfare. Now people are spending billions of dollars to seek to bring about peace.

Yet, we are still unable to achieve true peace.

What a puzzling existence man is. We deliberately choose to cut ourselves off from everything and isolate ourselves. We have everything we need within ourselves.

We are “wanderers in the wilderness. We are lost, not knowing where we came from, where we are, or where we are going.

The essential problem of humanity is that we do not know the truth of who we are.

In other words, we have lost sight of our self-identity.

This is why we cannot find true freedom, peace within us, and peace in the world around us.

The Ho’oponopono is a step-by-step process of coming into possession of a new concept of peace, harmony, and life – a whole new concept of life captured through an understanding of self-identity.

It is a process of correcting mistakes (errors) through repentance, forgiveness, and transformation (a profound change in one’s values), a process of “righting the course.

The essence of the Ho’oponopono process is to know your true self. Knowing oneself is the key that opens the door to the creative process.

With the key of self-identity, one can have an experience of congruence. The experience of congruence is the experience of knowing and realizing that the surface self is congruent with the inner self, congruent with the Divine Intelligence.

Only in union with the Divine Intelligence can one release oneself into free existence. Only then can one experience peace of mind and peace in the world around.

Ho’oponopono is a very simple and easy process that can be started quickly and stress-free, yet it is imbued with a very deep meaning that leads to the solution of problems.

Through Ho’oponopono, you can reduce and release your worries and stress. Here, you do not have to face your stress head-on, try to manage it, or deal with it. The Ho’oponopono process lets you let go of stress.

Morrnah Simeona has reworked the Ho’oponopono process into steps that can be easily incorporated into modern living environments, adapting the description and expression to the modern world.

While previous Ho’oponopono systems required actual work on the subject in question, the process presented here is a process that takes place not between people, but between people and the Divine Intelligence. It is only when there is inner stillness, peace of mind, and one can walk the path calmly, lovingly, and gently in this world.

It is through oneness with the Divinity, through oneness with one’s self-identity, that one can finally be free.
