Imagine a moment where a large yellow hibiscus flower is blooming beautifully right in front of you. In such a moment, a “habit of thought” that is ingrained deep within us may emerge. This habit could distance you from the path that allows you to touch this beautiful flower and instead lead you through twenty other experiences before you can reach it.

You might think, “I’d love to take this flower home, but I don’t have a nice vase for it.”
Or, “I’m so tired of this kind of life.”
Maybe, “If I give this flower to someone, they’ll be really happy.”
But then, “If I give it to them, I might offend someone else if I don’t give them one too.”
Or perhaps, “I shouldn’t bother giving it to them because they didn’t invite me over.”
You start wondering, “Who are my true friends?”
Feeling lonely.
You think, “I’d like to plant this flower in my garden.”
But then, “I’ll probably forget to water it, so I shouldn’t.”
And suddenly, “Why can’t I stick to my decisions? I want to live more meaningfully.”
But, “I can’t keep up with my decisions because I’m too busy with work.”
Wishing for a more leisurely life.
And so on…

Just from the moment a beautiful flower appears before us, our mind leads us into this vast maze.

But wait—what you were first shown by the divinity was a beautiful flower. The switch to the maze was the emotion that flower stirred in you, and now your subconscious (your inner child) has shown you this many memories.

At this point, we have two choices:

  • Continue wandering endlessly in the maze of memories.
  • Clean with the memories and return to the original path.

In our lives, even if what we want to do or our dreams are right in front of us, we often feel that so many things hinder us.

Morrnah Simeona, the creator of SITH Ho’oponopono, always said:

“Look at yourself.”

No matter how many obstacles appear outside, the first place to look is within. We have the highest tool for life—cleaning. Whether or not to practice it is up to you.

If you feel that you’re not on your path right now, there is a way to return. Your dream is not the goal; it’s a sign that has appeared to help you live your talents as yourself. No matter what your life looks like right now, you can reconnect with the divinity within you.

Peace begins with me.
