<Why Do We Struggle to Love Our Life?>
Why is it that we find it so difficult to love our own lives?
Somewhere deep inside, we are constantly comparing ourselves with others or with the flood of information that reaches our eyes, unconsciously measuring whether we are inadequate or, conversely, whether we are doing “just fine.”
Rather than simply directing our hearts toward what we can do today and what has already been given to us, we are remarkably skilled at identifying what our lives seem to lack—by vividly imagining the lives of those who have what we do not.
What I am consciously cleaning at this moment is the stream of information that reaches me—often uninvited—through social media and other channels. Whether in family interactions or my real estate work, it is difficult to completely separate myself from those influences, and I do not mean to say that social media itself is “bad.”
However, I can clean them. I consciously strive to stay in my own lane—my own field of being. For me, that means to clean.
When my attention is drawn to someone else’s message, I first return to my true self. As I observe whether my heart is being stirred by it, I simply clean what I am experiencing in that very moment. Through this process, we naturally begin to clean right where we are.
That is what protects the outline of your identity. When we are unprotected, including through our judgments, we become trapped. Yet when we live as the free identity we truly are, we can receive information as inspiration—as part of the universe—and return to a pure awareness that acts only in the present moment.
To connect with the Divine Presence, it is essential to dedicate our lives to “now.”
When we hear the phrase “spiritually right,” it might sound grand or distant. But in truth, there is always a path that is spiritually right for each of us.
Wiping up a spilled cup of coffee—and cleaning with that act.
Cleaning with a cup accidentally broken in the kitchen.
Making the effort to heal the part of our consciousness that feels hurt after a conversation on social media or with family.
Through these small, everyday choices, we correct past errors and release the debts that bind us—to ourselves and to all identities connected with us. That is the sacred path.
Now, in this new era—through media that show us politics, economics, gossip, health news, and more—what kinds of experiences are being created for you, and how do you respond to them?
In truth, we are already being given the opportunity to live as our true selves. The experience of feeling dissatisfied with life or unable to love it is not something bad. Through that experience, you are invited to choose how to return to your own path.
When you turn your awareness to that, you will no longer be swayed by others’ information, but will remember the sacred and unique path that belongs only to you.
Kamailelauli’I Rafaelovich is president of The Foundation of I, Inc. Freedom of the Cosmos and IZI LLC.
Kamailelauli’I met Morrnah in 1969 and over several years learned the ancient art of Lomilomi-Hawaiian massage. She is a licensed massage therapist. She was present during the years that Morrnah received inspirations from Divinity in meditation … which brought us the Self-I-Dentity through Ho’oponopono® process. Kamailelauli’I is president of Bingboard Consulting LLC.
She is principal broker for her real estate company, The Pele Group, Inc. and received her a MBA from Hawaii Pacific University. Kamailelauli’I owns Ho’omau Ranch, a 1600-acre forested property on Hawaii Island and along with her daughter, manages and cares for it.
She first attended Self I-Dentity Through Ho’oponopono SITH® class in May 2008, in Los Angeles with Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len. In November 2008, she became a coordinator and conducted the first SITH® class in Asia, in Tokyo Japan. Practicing the SITH® process has completely changed her life from living with competition and striving, to living in acceptance of true self and finding the flow. Her life has changed drastically since living from a state of “I DON’T KNOW”. She is deeply grateful to the SITH® process Morrnah has left us in her legacy, and to all the pioneers who have carried on this method, as well as all the coordinators around the world. She feels blessed by the opportunity to have coordinated the SITH® classes in the Asia region, including countries such as Japan, Taiwan, Korea, China, Malaysia and Singapore throughout the years. She has been involved in marketing, promotion and public relations business for 31 years, as the founder of Serene Co., Ltd.
SITH Ho'oponopono
The KR Lecture is an opportunity for KR, the SITH Ho’oponopono representative, who is entrusted to give private sessions by SITH founder Morrnh Simeona, to work with participants gathered around a single theme, cleaning the participants, the venue, the place, the time, the experiences that come up, and any identity related to it.
It can be called an expanded version of the KR private session, where the participants actually clean the memories that are the real cause of problems in their subconscious mind. During the three-hour lecture, participants will be given time to ask questions, and each participant will be able to let go of the memories that we all have in common as we clean them with KR’s cleaning.
The lecture has been well received by participants because of the specific daily experiences and the subtle and cleaning stories that come from living in Hawaii, which are not easily experienced in other classes.
