Have you ever heard of the “12 Step Process”?

The main purpose of taking a Ho’oponopono class is to teach your subconscious, Unihipili, how to let go of the vast amount of memories that have accumulated involuntarily over time.

The structure of the world that you never doubted to be real, your life, the nature of your problems, fears, and despair can all be released, one by one, by rediscovering your Self.

When you learn about Ho’oponopono, you’ll still try to use this method in your own way, according to your own reasoning, and with meanings that make sense to you.

However, Dr. Hew Len says:

You cannot do anything about the problem.

Your role is to deliver love to the inner child, Unihipili. It’s about prioritizing and cherishing the Unihipili that you’ve been neglecting. And what Unihipili can do is to download the way to release memories called the “12 Step Process.”

We can only erase memories through Unihipili. What happens as a result of the cleaning is not for us to decide.

But, what we can do right now is to repeatedly convey the method of cleaning to Unihipili and to repeatedly express love to Unihipili.

“I love you.”
