In any relationship, no matter how superficial the conversations may be, “the Unihipili hear and know everything,” as Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len said.
No matter how much we try to cover up or speak kindly, if there’s any expectation, fear, or intent to control, then cleansing those intentions is the only purpose of that relationship.
The true source of any actions arising from pretending or from “should do” is memory. Letting that go and returning to zero is the best communication with the Unihipili. By erasing memories and continuing this practice, the trust in the Unihipili, or in oneself, is steadily restored. As we synchronize our pace with the inner family, our most important partner in life, we can regain the proper rhythm and form in every relationship outside ourselves.
