I’ve often told myself that I’m lazy, a person who gives up easily, always tired, and that it’s already too late. These were the words I repeatedly threw at myself whenever I couldn’t follow through with what I had decided to do.
When KR explained that the most important thing is returning to my true self, and that this is more important than doing what I want to do or blaming myself for not being able to do it, it made me realize the labels I had attached to myself. Every time I remembered these labels, I did a cleaning, and within just 1 hour and 15 minutes, I was able to feel lighter again.

Aloha, everyone.
I am truly grateful for this special opportunity. It is also a wonderful chance for cleaning for myself.
I have been fortunate to interview KR countless times. Usually, we start with a general theme, but KR always begins by asking, “What’s up?” That simple question naturally leads us to talk about what’s going on in the moment.
From there, I often become aware of the stubborn patterns or habits of thought I’ve been caught in. It becomes an opportunity to clean with them. By the end of the interview, I often feel lighter, more at ease, and more like my true self.
Rather than tackling difficult problems, just cleaning with even the smallest experiences we are having in the moment can unexpectedly open up the world in front of us. I hope we can all experience that feeling together through this new event.
