What do we experience when we feel nervous? This episode of our newly launched “Strawberry Jam” begins with me asking KR how to practice “cleaning” regarding the tension I feel when speaking.

Does even KR get nervous? If so, what does she do? It was such a hopeful conversation, reminding us that no matter how anxious we are, returning to cleaning allows us to return to our most essential state. We also discuss various other topics based on questions submitted by the participants.

Aloha, everyone.
I am truly grateful for this special opportunity. It is also a wonderful chance for cleaning for myself.

I have been fortunate to interview KR countless times. Usually, we start with a general theme, but KR always begins by asking, “What’s up?” That simple question naturally leads us to talk about what’s going on in the moment.

From there, I often become aware of the stubborn patterns or habits of thought I’ve been caught in. It becomes an opportunity to clean with them. By the end of the interview, I often feel lighter, more at ease, and more like my true self.

Rather than tackling difficult problems, just cleaning with even the smallest experiences we are having in the moment can unexpectedly open up the world in front of us. I hope we can all experience that feeling together through this new event.
