From the moment we are born until today, we have accumulated countless experiences and knowledge about food.

The foods we frequently ate at home and those we avoided.

The warnings we received in school, the differences we noticed between ourselves and our friends, and the ever-changing definitions of what is “healthy” or “unhealthy” over time.

The joyful experiences of sharing meals with others, as well as those we’d rather forget.

The cultural differences in food across nations.

All of these elements are present in what we eat today. Given this, what do you think?

In Ho’oponopono, eating is not merely about nutrition.

And when we clean as we eat, that act may influence not just ourselves, but perhaps even the entire world.
