Where Does the Seed of Bullying Lie?

Even when we go through painful experiences, there are moments when things shift—like tasting something delicious, receiving a small compliment, or finally getting something we’ve longed for. In those brief moments, we feel a little lighter, and life seems to flow more smoothly.

But Dr. Hew Len describes how we have become so worn out waiting for those lucky breaks that we’ve completely lost sight of where the real problem lies.

Problems in life can strike at any moment—like bombs dropped out of nowhere.
Were we really born just to stand on such an unpredictable stage?

Work.
School.
Parenting.
Friendships.

No matter which stage of life you are currently standing on,  truly knowing where the problem lies and taking responsibility for it  can bring a profound shift in your life.
Just “seeing” this truth might be enough to loosen the weight you’ve been carrying for so long.

The danger you might someday fall into, the frustration of not being able to control others, the price you’ve paid to live your life in avoidance of disaster—
By knowing where the seed of the problem lies,  even if your current issue feels chaotic and untrustworthy,

It’s okay.

There are people who are living proof of this through practice.
And you, who are living right now and practicing cleaning, are already speaking these same words to someone in the present—and to someone in the future.
