What first led you to start practicing Ho’oponopono?
And why do you continue cleaning?

Christine, one of the instructors, says the reason is simple: because it’s practical for her.

Ho’oponopono is a process that is truly practical in the way we live.

When something is practical, it means that as long as we keep practicing, what is unnecessary in the present moment is released, and what is truly needed is naturally provided. In this simple flow, we return to our authentic self. Our focus is always drawn to what is needed now, and what needs to be erased now is cleared away.

This does not require us to search consciously. It happens naturally through the ongoing work of cleaning—an inner movement of consciousness.

Christine shared how choosing this practice in daily life has been deeply practical and meaningful for her.

Christine Leimakamae Chu attended her first Ho’oponopono class in 1998 and currently teaches classes in the United States and Canada.
