If I continue cleaning, will the suffering eventually disappear?
Will all the problems be gone?
From the perspective of Ho’oponopono, there is one thing we can say: as memories are continuously erased, our reality begins to shift. Each time a memory is erased, we experience a change in our reality.
Sometimes, this is experienced as something positive. Other times, it appears as another form of suffering. However, these are not new problems falling upon us—they are old memories now surfacing as experiences.
By simply being aware of this, even just a little each day, we can avoid being overwhelmed by our experiences. This creates a safe and comforting environment for our inner family.
