You never need to wonder if you are at Zero. When you are at Zero, you simply are. This state occurs when you are free from memories, free from thought, and purely connected to Divinity. So, if you ever find yourself wanting to know something or striving to do the right thing, all you need to do is practice cleaning.
But what about situations in daily life that require thinking—when making plans, calculations, or talking with others? Is cleaning enough even in these moments? On this topic, Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len says: No matter the situation, by cleaning, everything you need will appear. Through cleaning, you are released from memories and can think through wisdom. In Ho’oponopono, we practice leaving no trace of memories in our consciousness. Thinking, speaking, listening, seeing, walking, and acting through Divine Consciousness allow us to regain our innate purity in everything we do.
