I went on a journey with four or five friends, seeking to escape from daily life and spend time reflecting in nature. Originally, we planned to swim in a special place to seek healing on the first day.
As soon as we arrived, the weather turned unstable, and everyone started complaining. It was supposed to be a special experience that needed sunshine to really shine.

Though we had come a long way, and others felt disappointed, I had no complaints about the weather. The weather is always a reflection of our inner state. Whether it’s cloudy or rainy, what we perceive is a mirror of our internal world.

The rain doesn’t bring you melancholy. The melancholy, uncertainty, or fear already within you—perhaps from memories your inner child carries—simply surfaces, even if you don’t fully understand its origins. Just as you experience a rainy day as it is, your life unfolds according to the memories replaying within you.

I’m not suggesting you live as though a rainy day is a sunny one. I don’t mind the weather because when I look inward through it, I practice cleaning and speak to my inner child. By doing this, I’m able to release memories from the perfect canvas of weather, experiencing its true role, beauty, and perfection. I cannot move clouds or hurricanes by knowledge alone, yet cleaning is always effective.

No matter what emotions may cover you today—gloom, sadness, excitement, anxiety, or despair—clean. Know that the process of resolution is already in motion. For now, simply being aware is enough. On that journey, I continued to clean with the weather I experienced. As a result, I shared an amazing, perfect time with my friends.

The Basic 2 class transforms how you handle your soul. Gradually, as the soul is treated properly, changes begin to appear in yourself and everything else around you.
