Nello, the instructor of the “Ho’oponopono Private Consultation,” answers your questions!

Q. “I can’t rejoice when I wake up in the morning, realizing a new day has begun.”
(Female in her 40s)

If you currently feel you’ve lost interest in everything and don’t know where to start, you can examine which parts of your daily life are draining your energy.

In today’s busy world, all of us have come to live by setting priorities. We choose what is important to us, what should be prioritized. Work, meals, sleep, exercise, commuting, spending time with family, leisure activities, how we spend money, savings, studies, tea time, and so on. We make choices, setting priorities as needed. If you feel demotivated in your daily life, feel drained of energy for living, or can’t greet the morning with a good feeling, you need to remember where the balance of your being lies. We often think we’ve confidently identified the root cause of problems through various rationales. This very belief can suffocate our energy source, the Unihipili.

Are these priorities set out of love, as if you are the mother to your inner child, or are they set by memories? This is an opportunity to sort that out.

Instead of identifying and addressing the root cause of the problem, if you want to practice Ho’oponopono but don’t know where or how to start, you can clean the emotions related to the choices you’ve made and the experiences you’ve had.

One woman, during a session, suddenly said, “I wanted to eat a salad!” and her previously serious face broke into a gentle smile. She had been cooking for her husband and children every day without any complaints. However, through the session and cleaning one by one, she realized she hadn’t been making what she wanted to eat for a long time. She had prioritized her children’s health, but she had always wanted to make and eat a salad the way she liked. Just realizing this lifted her spirits.

In reality, it’s that simple. If you continuously ignore your inner voice, the Unihipili, your inner child, becomes discontented. Being continuously ignored, the Unihipili closes off its heart, and we become blind to the divine inspirations and messages that fuel our vitality. Therefore, it’s crucial to turn your attention back to your inner family, little by little, and look inward. By doing so, you’ll become more aware of the ongoing changes.

No matter how much responsibility you have in your work or life, and regardless of who you interact with, your role is to bring comfort to your soul. It can be anything, no matter how small. It’s about letting your soul be free and regaining its vitality. This is also the soul-restoring work of Ho’oponopono.
