For generations, we have been unknowingly pushed in a certain direction. We have implanted in ourselves in various ways the message “this is the way to do it, it is the only way to succeed.
We spend much of our lives wrapping chains of ideas and tasks around our bodies regarding work, wealth management, exams, insurance, health, and so on.

Morrnah Simeona, the founder of SITH, who taught me Ho’oponopono, used to say this.

She said this to all people with the intention that “we should all know the truth of what we say before we say it”.
No matter how true and logical a statement may seem to us at the time, the seeds planted in its roots may be from the accumulation of events long ago.

When we want to express kindness to others
When we want to prove some justice
When we want to tell someone our opinion
When we want to tell something to our parents
When we teach something to our children
At all of these times, we are replaying memories of the past.

We scatter garbage around us through our thoughts and actions, and the next day we find ourselves tripping over it and trembling with anxiety and anger.
We are like rats running on a spinning wheel, seeking the “right idea” one after another, unaware that our memories are replaying.
But Ho’oponopono will guide you to the right path that you actually need to walk now.

To do this, we must first initialize our own thoughts. Ho’oponopono enables you to return to your original energetic and inspired self.
You are essentially a child of the Divinity, gifted and given freedom.
You can return to living it from here and now.

I myself am shy by nature and have never been the type of person who can do anything freely without worrying about other people’s opinions.
However, when I found myself like that through Ho’oponopono, when I met and talked with others and compared them, when I felt anxious about the future, when I felt ashamed of something I liked doing or dreamed of doing now, I first remembered cleaning and saw the past I had accumulated so far, the history I had seen. When I erase all memories, I am strangely and naturally able to work on what I need to do without difficulty.

Morrnah used to say,
“If the Divinity parked a truck full of gold at your house and visited you, most people would refuse with fear that it was not mine”.
This is a parable, but the reality is that we have so much noise that we are always ignoring the right path, the many opportunities that are actually right in front of you.
When memories appear in the details of our daily lives as problems, discord, and unfulfillment, we can become aware of their presence and clean them.

And the only way to reconnect with the Divinity that is always supposed to be there is to love yourself again.
It is to repent.
Once you get back there, you can get back to who you were and get back on the right path. Self-care is essential to that.
Why not practice true self-care and live your life to the fullest that you have?
