Once, a client said to me, “I am lazy. I can’t count how many opportunities I’ve wasted because of my laziness.”
Many people easily label themselves or others as “lazy,” but I advise caution against such a characterization.
There’s no such thing as a lazy person. It might be a replay of memories making it seem that way, or perhaps the Unihipili believes it’s doing the right thing. At all times, the most crucial thing is not truly knowing what’s happening but sensing it, as that feeling drives everything.
Every day, we discipline ourselves, trying to address current issues by evaluating, analyzing, judging, and deciding.
When we approach Ho’oponopono, we start by recovering the flow that has been dammed up by our thoughts.
In private sessions, one can clean various assumptions and habits that they might not usually notice. Through this process, memories that have been the root cause of daily thoughts and actions, even if not recognized by the conscious mind, are erased. By letting go of what has been blocking the flow, we experience freedom.
Realize the fact that we don’t truly know what’s happening.
Reestablish the relationship with the Unihipili, which holds all the causative memories.
Regain your true rhythm.
Through these processes, we can regain trust in life.
For instance, when you feel tired of interacting with people, you don’t need to forcibly change yourself. You don’t have to dwell on why your heart perceives things in a certain way. That’s because it’s not you thinking that way, but memories making you experience it as such. First and foremost, respect yourself for how you perceive things, regardless of the manner, and clean it.
