We are in a state of constant accumulation of information.
Whether it is reading, watching TV, going to the movies, or talking to people, we are constantly updating ourselves with all kinds of information, with no time to make choices.

When we were young, as soon as a piece of information was received, all kinds of events occurred like a fine bubble, and we felt as if we were moving at the same time as things were changing.
But the older we get, the more we realize that the information we have accumulated has accumulated to such an extent that it blocks our paths of freedom, creativity, and inspiration.
This often manifests itself as forgetfulness and physical pain. Information is not only stored in the brain, but also in the body.

Emotions are also stored in the body. The more emotions are stored in the past, the more easily we forget things.
If an emotion is cleaned and inspired, it will come to you correctly as a flow.
But if it is due to information stored from the past, such as trauma, anger, or sadness, our functioning loses its original perfection.

I used to keep important documents from the government for PCR testing in my home, where I keep my important documents. However, one day, as the day of the test approached, I forgot where I had put the important documents and could not recall them, no matter how hard I tried.

At that time, I was flooded with a variety of emotions.
I felt a sense of disappointment that I, too, had become forgetful. Fear of aging, frustration at not being able to find what I was looking for, etc. I realized that I had so much anxiety inside me, and I started cleaning.

As you can see from this experience, what we are doing in Ho’oponopono is not so much remembering everything correctly as it is a process of returning to the right information at the right time.
It is an experience of connecting with the original sacred information.

It is the same with computers. When something is not working as it always has, you can’t beat it up or throw water on it. But when it returns to the usual system, when the loop returns, it just automatically regains its function.

How long can we remain in the “now” of this moment?
When our soul is away from the present, we are not where we are supposed to be. We are either stuck in the past or looking to the future.
Correct information always appears only in the present. When the “now” is corrected, the past and future are affected.

Ho’oponopono is a process that allows you to regain your form, the inherently perfect being, through the present “now”.
In the Basic 1 class, you will learn how to return to the present moment and move out the excess information that has been blocking your flow.
It will become a tool for living and a wonderful support for the healthy functioning of your precious being.
