Often, we stop cleaning because we are too worried about whether we’re doing it right. We are always looking for signs.

We want to clearly distinguish between ‘correct’ and ‘wrong’, in order to understand if something suits us or not.

However, before we rush to find answers, let’s first remember that the act of cleaning is what’s presented to us at the moment, right in front of our eyes.

The anxiety of wondering whether we’re doing it right, this uncertainty, is precisely the memory that Unihipili presents to us as we try to clean right now.

Cleaning can be practiced like breathing.
Through this, Unihipili will recognize our intent to let go of memories, and start presenting us with unnecessary things for ‘your current self’ one after another.

Are we choosing not to let go of memories by making judgments and hoarding them?
Or do we realize it’s a memory and let go through cleaning?
We are always given the freedom to make that choice.
