There are times when nothing seems to go right.
Moments when, despite feeling motivated, you encounter experiences that dampen your spirit, or when something that once felt effortless now feels like a struggle. When we become aware of this discomfort, we instinctively try to find a reason for it.

Because I lack talent.
Because I’m not good enough.
Because the people around me don’t understand.

Jealousy, money, values — all kinds of things seem to fall upon us unexpectedly, as if dropping from above, becoming reasons for our “lack of peace.”
However, the rhythm that feels comfortable for you does not depend on memory. When you return to the realization that the experience of “things not going well” was always within you, you can reconnect with your natural vitality.

A sense of doing what you are meant to do in your unique place in this life — something incomparable to anyone else. A feeling that things unfold just by your mere presence, that you’re riding the wave simply by living your life, cannot occur based on memory.

When things aren’t going well, take it as an opportunity to clean up the old, unused clutter that’s always been within you. When regrets or shame come into view, see it as a chance to clean and let go. There’s no need to scrutinize, criticize, or judge your current self based on memories.
When the path is cleared and flow is restored, perfect work, health, and relationships will naturally appear.

Peace,
