What (or who) have you criticized recently?
How did you feel when you were criticizing?
Did you feel refreshed or wise?
Did you feel as if you were grasping something huge that you cannot grasp society?
In any case, Dr. Hew Len says, there is nothing wrong with criticism and judgment.
But when we criticize and judge, our inner family is divided by memory.
In other words, inspiration is not reaching us.
Why don’t we take a moment to observe ourselves when we criticize?
Are we solving a problem or repeating a problem?
Why do we want to do that?
Dr. Hew Len answers,
“Because I want to be free.”
You, me, the ancestors, the land.
Because all of them are waiting to be free.
And that can start with cleaning ourselves.
