For the most part, it seems that we experience the “body” only through our expectations.
When we live with the body as an idea of the correct form, the correct function, and the correct sensation, it feels like a mere mass with weight, and a transmitter of pain and discomfort.
When we live with the expectation that this is the way it should be, we are working day after day in the armor of expectation, rather than the gift that was originally given to us by the Divinity.
There are things we can do the moment we realize that we know how to clean. Come hear Dr. Ihaleakala Hew Len’s straightforward problem-solving message.
