When I first took the Basic 1 Class under Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona, the founder of Ho’oponopono, what corresponds to the content of today’s Basic 2 Class was included there. As the Basic 1 Class gradually spread, the content that corresponds to today’s Basic 2 Class moved away from the Basic 1 Class and was no longer introduced to participants. Over a long period of time, through the process of cleaning, this Basic 2 Class that Morrnah created became ready to be offered, and it came to be held once again, together with the following message.
“The requirements for taking SITH Basic 2 are set so as to be the very best for each and every one of us, in order to help each of us evolve and grow. Divinity, with love and care, helps us so that we may evolve appropriately and find the way back home. ……………This is truly a gift from our Identity and our Inner Family.”
Each SITH Ho’oponopono class has its own identity and its own process of evolution. Together with cleaning, the greatest purpose is that, at the perfect timing, the person who is fitting for it meets that class and puts it into practice. As for why the Basic 2 Class has come to be introduced to the world once again, I do not have the answer. But what I can say is this: the tools and processes I learn within this class truly work within my own life. If you can judge for yourself that you meet the seven requirements for class eligibility, you can open that door.
Many people who practice Ho’oponopono wonder whether this is an advanced class within cleaning. But in Ho’oponopono, there is no such thing as “advanced.” There is only this: whether or not you clean in this very moment—that is all. This is a chance to clean. Rather than choosing to make the fullest use of our own life in this single instant, we tend to aim at being advanced, caught up in comparison with the past and expectation for the future. But within the choice to live Self-Identity, there is no comparison, no superior or inferior. What is there is whether it is fitting for who you are now, whether it matches your own timing—that is what matters.
It may differ from the ways you have lived and the manner in which you have made choices until now. But this very choice is the beginning of Ho’oponopono. To live what you choose when you are set free from memories—upon that path, you will live your true talents, abundance, and health.
For me, each class that SITH offers is a sacred school. It is a place to mend the identity that memories have left as though full of holes, to help you remember what is right for you, and to learn how to respond when problems arise. It strengthens the inner bonds that are most precious to you. The world is now in utter chaos, overflowing with triggers that make you lose sight of yourself. Yet even so, you—who know how to turn your gaze inward and how to respond—can, in this very moment, deepen the love within your Inner Family. When you regain the outline of who you truly are, you can also experience it in the outer world, and within that, discover and carry out what is perfect for you.
What matters is not how far you have advanced. Nor is it how much you know. It is whether, in this very moment, you can return to cleaning. Even when you are confused. Even when you feel you have failed. Even when you think it is too late. We can return to ourselves again and again. Anytime, anywhere, we can reset from our memories and attune ourselves once more to the rhythm of Divinity. Now that you have encountered Ho’oponopono, the Basic 2 Class exists as one of the several options given to you.
