Year-end and New Year’s messages were received from KR.
Time, seasons, and the related celebrations and customs are all things that we have created over time; that’s all there is to it. However, to call it “just that” belittles the process of its creation and the immense accumulation of memories in all of history since its inception.
As we end one year and welcome another, we experience countless feelings and thoughts towards the rules of what should be done or not, and the recurring flow of each year. It’s important to remember that these experiences are not inherently your own, but are the result of accumulated and repeated memories.
This is because your true self is freedom itself. The sense of being rushed, pressured, feeling limitations, emptiness, anxiety, powerlessness, excessive expectations, hopes, positivity, and negativity – none of these are truly you.
Your true self is freedom itself, a soul freely swimming in the infinite ocean of the present, unbounded by the divisions of yesterday and tomorrow.
In the special times of year-end and New Year, which we have created, always be yourself. In this moment, being yourself should come as naturally as breathing. Clean with everything that makes you think otherwise, and be at peace and free, not tomorrow, not next year, but now.
Wherever you are, whatever you’re doing, your being yourself is indispensable for the vital evolution of this universe.
