During cleaning, sudden ideas or subtle realizations may appear.
When we try acting on them, a new flow opens up for us.

When something works for us and brings a good result, we often feel a little excited and want to share it with someone who may be struggling in a similar way.

This comes from kindness, and there is nothing wrong with that.
However, Jean, one of our instructors, says that cleaning that enthusiasm once is an essential choice—not only for the other person, but above all, for ourselves.

What does it mean that there is a memory within us to be cleaned when we try to do something for someone else?
