It’s been 14 years since I encountered Ho’oponopono. Since discovering this cleaning practice, I have been diligently and fervently committed to it. Even when various problems seemed to arise, I always had cleaning. The peace of mind it brought supported me.

As I have grown older, I have pursued my education, transferring and graduating from two universities and now attending my third. Now, as a senior, I particularly feel the importance of cleaning before I start reading university texts and materials.

I have come to realize that everything around me has its own identity. By consciously acknowledging their precious existence and engaging with them after cleaning, I feel that both they and I are being nurtured.

Perhaps this is what it means to live in the present. No matter what happens in the future, I can move forward by cleaning. Thank you.
