Doing our best can be a wonderful experience. Whether it’s playing, studying, sports, work, hobbies, or raising children—fully engaging in something can bring about experiences and results that truly enrich our lives.

However, when we are doing our best because we feel we “should,” or because we are being pressured—by others, by school, the workplace, or society—it may gradually turn into something we feel we must do. In such cases, what kind of physical or emotional experience do we have?

If you ever feel that in the process you are losing your authenticity or your health, the first step is to return to yourself. SITH Ho’oponopono offers us a way to do just that.

Why is it so important to connect with our inner self?
Why is connecting with our inner family more important than meeting a deadline, catching a train or bus, or rushing to the side of a sick loved one?

It is because only when we are connected with our inner family does the Divinity within us begin to function. It is in that connection that inspiration, perfect timing, love, freedom, health, and true beauty reside.

Time, reports, transportation, and people—all can return to their true roles, their natural talents, their identity—only when you are aligned with your true self.
