Vol.18 Locking Myself Down Without Realizing It

This was a session that woke me up to how I had been locking myself down without even realizing it. When we clean and clean and nothing seems to change — and even when we are happily absorbed in something we love — little by little we may be caught up in a current that takes away our freedom. And at the same time, it was a time of hope: no matter how painful something is, no matter how embarrassing it feels, once it has been through cleaning it may become a treasure for you!
