When we hear “take 100% responsibility,” feelings of guilt may arise…

One man shared this experience with Dr. Hew Len during a class.
If you feel the same way, understanding the true meaning of responsibility in Ho’oponopono may lead you to a more fulfilling and lighter life.

Dr. Hew Len began by explaining,
When you feel guilt like this, it’s not your true feelings; you are simply feeling memories.
And for this reason, if you feel guilt, it’s actually a wonderful opportunity to release memories you’ve carried for so long.
Before avoiding responsibility, the first thing we can do is to clean.
