Vol.15 Between Generations
30-second digest 0:34
Irene’s note
Whether it is the teachings and customs passed down from the past, or the new values we see in the younger generation—all of it is something I am experiencing “right now.”
This session was a wonderful opportunity for me to realize that, before I knew it, I had been trying to force myself into today’s “new normal.”
Through cleaning, I want to freely and fluidly enjoy this fresh present moment.
Thank you so much for so many beautiful insights.
