It has been 10 years since I encountered SITH Ho\u2019oponopono in 2014. I took the Basic 1 class<\/a> in 2014, and I continue to learn from books and videos to this day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ideally, I would like to do cleaning in every moment, but with raising a 1-year-old and a 4-year-old, I often forget to do the cleaning because I\u2019m so busy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

So, I occasionally take quiet time to write down negative feelings like worries and complaints in a notebook. I also write down positive things like what I am passionate about. Then, I do the cleaning and let go of those feelings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What comforts me is that I don\u2019t have to analyze or reflect on what I write. It\u2019s just a way for me to reduce the burdens of the Unihipili and clean with the heavy memories within me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result, I often feel refreshed, sometimes forgetting the worries I had, coming up with new ideas, or even sleeping better despite usually having trouble falling asleep.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even now, in the 10th year, I still don\u2019t understand the exact reasons for how it works, but I genuinely enjoy the process of cleaning from my own experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking back on these 10 years, I truly believe that the wisdom of SITH Ho\u2019oponopono has helped me move from the lowest point in 2014 to the relatively peaceful daily life I have now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I work at a library, so I have many books around me. I receive various pieces of information from books, and I keep the Ceeport bookmarks<\/a> on my desk or insert them into the books I borrow. Thanks to this, I can work comfortably.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I am always supported by the SITH Ho\u2019oponopono materials and content, and I look forward to taking more classes in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
