Hello. I have been cleaning with Ho’oponopono, on and off, ever since I took the Basic 1 Class in 2015.<\/p>\n\n\n
When I look back over my life, the times when I clean in earnest seem to be the times just before something changes in a big way.<\/p>\n\n\n
The cleaning experience that has stayed with me most is this one.<\/p>\n\n\n
I had been shut away at home for ten years, unable to work that entire time. Then I cleaned seriously for about a week, and my body felt lighter. The thought came to me \u2014 I should apply for a job \u2014 and I did, and I was hired, and I was able to work again.<\/p>\n\n\n
Ten years of not being able to work, and cleaning was what cleared it. That is still the biggest thing that has ever happened to me, a flow that felt like a miracle.<\/p>\n\n\n
My life is stuck again now, so I clean carefully every day. And after about ten years, I feel that my understanding of Ho’oponopono has finally begun to deepen.<\/p>\n\n\n
This happened very recently. The feelings and thoughts that rise up inside me \u2014 I was receiving the memories that Unihipili shows me, one by one, cleaning with “I love you,” and deep inside myself I felt a faint joy.<\/p>\n\n\n
It was as though Unihipili were glad that I had received, one by one, the memories it was holding out to me, and had cleaned them. That is how it felt.<\/p>\n\n\n
Perhaps this is what it means to love yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n
Until now, I never really understood what loving myself meant. But receiving the memories Unihipili shows me, one by one, and cleaning them \u2014 for the first time, I thought that this might be what loving myself is.<\/p>\n\n\n
From here on, I want to cherish Unihipili, listen to what it tells me, and walk through my life as my true self.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
