I don\u2019t remember exactly when it was, but around 2014 or 2015, I learned about Cleaning, and in 2015, I started practicing Cleaning intensively while managing a small shop. While I’d like to share a detailed record of those times, I\u2019ll write about a few memories that naturally come to mind. ^^<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When I first began Cleaning, it felt like I was buried under memories that needed Cleaning. Just breathing caused memories to overflow, and each day felt heavy and overwhelming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The first change I noticed through Cleaning was in my schedule. Whenever I made vague plans or needed to adjust dates and times, the other party would often reach out first to reschedule, or the date would change on its own. Everything would align perfectly, like the natural flow of water, without any effort from me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As the years went by, I noticed the waves of my emotions\u2014once like bipolar highs and lows\u2014settling into the calm stillness of a quiet lake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In 2020, while pregnant, I faced many hardships, and I practiced Cleaning more diligently than ever. Then one day, as I wrote the phrase \u201cI don\u2019t know\u201d in a white notebook, a feeling as though the energy binding my body suddenly loosened and I felt a sense of freedom flow through me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With these experiences building up, it has now been 10 years since I began living with Ho’oponopono. ^^<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I feel deeply grateful for all that Cleaning has brought me\u2014my family, my job, a secondhand car, my current home, and all the connections that continue to unfold. They are all cherished evidences of the gratitude I feel through Cleaning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I look forward to the flow and life ahead, and I\u2019ll continue to walk this path with Cleaning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
