What kind of place has the sea of emotions been for you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Was it not a turbulent, pitch-black expanse?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In that dangerous ocean, shrouded in darkness, where you never knew what kind of drifting object might strike you at any moment,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Think back to how you have managed to survive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Have you always braced your body, narrowed your eyes, and stayed on guard against painful events and emotions that might collide with you?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There must have been times when it felt like you were all alone, as if you were the only one in that vast, stormy sea, feeling isolated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To escape from that raging ocean, you have tried countless things,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Searching for a “person,” “thing,” or “job” to rescue you from that ocean,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Clinging, regretting, and giving up time and again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
However, you do not need to run away from the rough seas,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Nor do you need to search for a rescue boat,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Because you already know how to calm those raging waves yourself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Even if, at this very moment, the place you find yourself in is a sea of stormy waves,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You know how to calm them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So, now, you are simply choosing either to drown or to soothe the waves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you find yourself choosing to drown,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
That, too, is your freedom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And when you find yourself swimming in that turbulent sea,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Feel the presence of the divinity always by your side,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Feel your inner family being with you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And remember, the person appearing before you now,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Even if that person is on TV,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Is also drowning in the sea of emotions,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
While always having their inner family with them, just as you do.<\/p>\n\n\n
