How many of us, when we wake up in the morning, feel a sense of joy and gratitude for the beginning of a new day?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is no exaggeration to say that we live in the modern world today, swimming in the waves of information and sharpening our nerves over every little thing in our daily lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this modern society, we can learn how to live more comfortably by blocking out information and meditating in all kinds of ways, but in Ho’oponopono, we learn that “information” itself is not evil, but a chance to clean with our memories. When the memory between ourselves and the information is cleaned, what we receive is inspiration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Why are we so exhausted at the end of the day?
Why is it that when we wake up in the morning, we are not able to rejoice with all our heart in the presence of life?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is because our minds are constipated by our memories.
Throughout the day, we receive all kinds of information through TV, books, train hangings, conversations, and scenery.
How many events do we attend in a day?
Breakfast, commute, meetings, lunch, phone calls, shopping. When we look at each one as an event, we are actually very busy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Unihipili that are part of us do not rest. We are constantly replaying memories in every activity.
It is no wonder, then, that no matter how much we sleep or take vacations, we never really rest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here, once again, is the \u201cI\u201d Am The \u201cI\u201d (Opening Prayer) and The Peace of “I” (Closing Prayer).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a verbalization of the vibration of the Divine Intelligence that the late Morrnah Simeona<\/a>, founder of SITH, received through the sands of Kahala Beach on the island of Oahu.
The reason we always read each of these at the beginning and end of each class is to prepare ourselves to receive the best information in the class by cleaning any memories that are stuck before the class begins, and at the end of the class, to clean any memories between ourselves and any events that were experienced there, and then to move on from the inspiration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We can do the same thing ourselves in all aspects of our daily lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Before we get out of bed in the morning, before we eat, before we get on the train, before we start up our computers\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we leave the office, when we finish eating, when we say goodbye to friends, after a meeting, before we go to bed\u2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have introduced this as a wisdom for living each moment as our zero-pure, true selves, showered with inspiration from the Divine Intelligence, no matter what the situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
